Five Stars RV LLC, manufactures and refits Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van chassis. The slide-out box frame is made of aluminum alloy, which greatly reduces the weight of the vehicle body. The sheet metal structure of the entire body is stamped and automatically welded by molds, not hand-made. The size is exactly the same as the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van. The front and rear of the body are supported by two high-strength steel U-beams, and the top is reinforced with two high-strength steels, which is stronger than the original body. Finally, the entire body and slide-out box are treated with electrophoresis for corrosion protection to ensure that the body will not rust for a long time.
